We search the world to find just the right nuts to make up our Gourmet Mix.

To Hawaii for sweet Whole Macadamias, to Brazil for Jumbo Cashews and Brazil nuts, to Georgia for rare, caramel colored Mammoth Pecans, to Oregon for the largest fresh Hazelnuts (Filberts) and to California for Non Pareil Supreme Almonds.

Our Gourmet Mix is made up of the biggest, freshest, most "deluxe" nuts we can find.  The nuts in this mix are individually roasted.  Why?  Because not all nuts roast at exactly the same temperature or for the same period of time.  Our expert roasters know the precise degree of roast required to bring out the most exquisite, peak flavor.  And, once roasted, the nuts are carefully blended together and lightly salted.
