Nuts are fresh and
roasted on an order by order basis. We buy only the best grade of
nuts (Pistachios alone come in 8 grades). We use cholesterol free
Canola Oil when roasting our nuts. Canola Oil has the lowest level
of saturated fats of any vegetable oil.
Our small batch roasting techniques and time-honored recipes are
deliberate and uncompromising.
