Less than 1 gm of Net Effective Carbohydrates per piece.  The average piece is between 1 - 1 1/4 oz.   Although this is a Low Carb & Sugarfree product, we still make this toffee the same way we make our regular toffee, using the same slow batch processes.  Recipes don't change, just substitutions for the sugar.
